Super Star Sports After School Policy

1. Purpose 

Super Star Sports aims to provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment where children can learn, grow, and excel in their chosen sports. This policy outlines the behavior expectations, consequences for continued poor behavior, and our refund policy.

2. Behavior Expectations

To ensure a positive and productive environment for all participants, the following behavior is expected from each child:

- Respect for Others: All participants are expected to show respect to their peers, coaches, and staff. This includes listening to instructions, using polite language, and avoiding any form of bullying or physical aggression.

- Sportsmanship: Participants should display good sportsmanship by encouraging others, accepting decisions, and handling both winning and losing with grace.

- Participation: Active and enthusiastic participation is encouraged. Children are expected to engage in all activities to the best of their abilities.

3. Consequences for Continued Poor Behavior

We understand that children may occasionally struggle to meet these expectations. However, repeated or serious breaches of our behavior expectations will result in the following steps:

- First Warning: A verbal reminder will be given to the child about the expected behavior.

- Second Warning: The child will be given a brief time-out from the activity to reflect on their behavior, followed by a conversation with the coach.

- Third Incident: Parents or guardians will be notified of the behavior, with a joint effort to help resolve the issu.

- Continued Poor Behavior: If the behavior persists, the child may be removed from the program without a refund.

4. No Refund Policy

- General Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided for sessions missed due to illness, vacations, or other personal reasons. This is to ensure the sustainability of our program and to maintain fairness for all participants.

- Program Cancellation: A refund will only be provided if Super Star Sports cancels the entire program or a specific session due to unforeseen circumstances. If a session is canceled, we will make every effort to reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible, a prorated refund will be issued for the canceled session.

5. Communication

We believe in maintaining open communication with parents and guardians. If there are any concerns or questions about behavior or our policies, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our goal is to work together to create a positive experience for every child.

6. Acknowledgment

By enrolling your child in Super Star Sports, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this After School Policy and agree to abide by its terms. This policy is designed to maintain a positive and structured environment, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from our program.
